Syble resistant enrolment and incentives to enrol.

In a really topical thread, Vitalik Buterin and others begin speaking about 'Fair coins'. https://twitter.com/VitalikButerin/status/958786639375011840 Some interesting discussions have emerged about the characteristics of a fair coin, which we actively engage within our sphere.

'The Sybil attack in computer security is an attack wherein a reputation system is subverted by forging identities in peer-to-peer networks. It is named after the subject of the book Sybil, a case study of a woman diagnosed with a dissociative identity disorder.'

A fair coin should host a system which is resistant to these kinds of attacks. So it should stop people from registering three times over. They can then gain community validity and henceforth then distribution validity and finally create a recursive dynamic in which they can distribute the most coins in their area with nobody to tackle the invalid distribution. I feel the issue can be solved by the notion of capping transactions because there are only so many hours in the day.

Once the Sybil issue has been resolved then the 'airdrop' idea can be automatic. This was the idea PayPal instrumented to create a good level of mass adoption. Individuals are able to redeem hours just for their time signing and spending time learning about the system. Individuals will also be able to gain hours because of time referring friends to sign up the activity requires time to share information.
