Conscious Business Canvas: We Connect . . .

C Cheri Public Seen by 370

Where do you find and connect with those people that you love to help? (channels) How do your ideal customers learn about your advocacy (‘We Believe’)? How do they learn about your more conscious approaches/your unique benefits (‘We Help Solve’)? Where are they searching to help solve their specific problems (if they are searching to solve a specific one)? Where do they go to try and find information?

The 'connect wnc' tool that we haven't made yet could be an important connection place. , how
Another is the collaboration technology that we will be providing. What if all the people/groups in the 23 counties that have issues/challenges to solve (non-profits, govt entities, small businesses, churches, schools) all participated in this loomio and we focused on two domains a year (1 every 6 months) let's say transportation is one and we put the question out there to everyone, go here and let's collect info on challenges you have with transportation, outcomes you want to see in transportation, and we facilitate that asynchronous conversation for 2 months? Then we move into brainstorming/problem solving and prototyping phase for 2 months, then experimenting/developing phase for 2 months and come out with something that works best to then try to socialize the following 6 months while we start another topic.
People will learn what we do by us doing what we are aiming to do. We need to pick an approach and try it out. Yes, we can spread the word to get involved on the loomio via all the channels you mention (website, meetups, summit, mtnx, etc) but I think right now the strongest tool we have to start it may be loomio??

Code for Asheville has done this locally by attending other's meetings to understand the needs of the homeless, etc. Since our focus is regionally how do we apply the practice or going to and listening for needs with everyone so spread out? I think Loomio could be a tool to try.
