Meeting Structure
Our January meeting was very long and we did not cover many business agendas. A large portion of time was given to team building exercises so I would like to propose that seperate times are allotted for team building and we have business meetings that are focused on business agendas only. Having 5 minutes per person to share their head space at the start of a business meeting is still beneficial.
Can we also have timed responses and input set to five minutes or less for the entire meeting to help forward momentum. A stronger chairman than me too, to stop people breaking communication code.
Can we also do a popular ranking vote on next meetings agendas a week before the meeting to place them in a priority we all can appreciate?
I'm not sure what to make in this thread as a vote so if anyone sees one please initiate it.
Cheers,

Community meeting process should include a 7-day prioritisation period and lock-in of agenda items Closed Sun 10 Feb 2019 7:01AM
- set date for ELF meeting
- setup Trello job for next meeting prep, link to agenda document + add all members to the card. Set due date for 1 week prior to scheduled meeting.
- after Trello job expires, copy agenda items into Loomio "dot vote" decision and set closing time just prior (how many hours prior?) to the scheduled meeting.

I agree with this Rod, however i also do feel that everything that came up in the last meeting was very important, as there was a lot of tension that needed to be surfaced and moved through before we could all calmly and clearly have a business meeting.
Communication code is very important, and will be part of what i put together for the vision board :)
