The incubation committee has informed the board that ORFEO Toolbox has completed its graduation requirements as outlined in the following page:

As incubation chair I would like to ask the board to recognize ORFEO Toolbox as an OSGeo project, with Manuel Grizonnet as project officer.

Excellent, when does this vote close? The project team, and incubation list is excited to make the change, and osgeo-live is trying to sneak this in for their next RC.
